ProctorLink by Take2 Technologies is committed to providing a transparent and fair subscription and purchase experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains your rights and obligations when cancelling a monthly subscription or requesting a refund on a one-time purchase.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Monthly Subscriptions - recurring billing for access to ProctorLink
  • One-time Purchases - non-recurring ProctorLink license purchase

3. Definitions

  • ‘Subscription Period’ means one calendar month from the date you subscribe or renew.
  • ‘Effective Date of Cancellation’ means the date on which your subscription stops renewing, which always coincides with the end of your current subscription period.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]
  • You will retain full access through the end of your current subscription period, but will not be charged thereafter.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscription period during which you cancel. For example, if you cancel on April 10, your subscription remains active until April 30 and will not renew on May 1.

5. One-Time Purchases

  • You may request a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds will not be granted if:
    • More than 15 days have elapsed since the purchase date.
    • You have breached the end-user license agreement.
  • Send your refund request to [email protected] with a reason for the request.
  • Our team will acknowledge receipt within 48 business hours.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

6. General Terms

  • ProctorLink may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the ProctorLink website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
